I forgot to report my weekly news on Sunday...I lost 1.2 lbs! I think that I HAVE truly changed the way I look at food and consume it. Lifestyle change takes commitment and patience! I was told that when you lose slowly, you are losing fat vs. muscle. I'm OK with that!
Yesterday I packed up my winter/fall clothes and unpacked my spring/summer clothes...what a fun, rewarding project! Several items that I "packed up" at the end of summer last year that were too tight...actually fit much better! I cannot wait until the next "swap out"...I KNOW I will be forced to donate clothing that will be TOO LARGE! How's that for positive thinking!
