Here's my weekly weigh in blog! I am down 9.8 lbs in total! Last week I lost 3 lbs! I am thrilled. YAHOO!
I have been a little frustrated the last couple of weeks, as I truly thought that I would see the weight melting off faster! Everyone tells you that to lose weight you have to eat less and exercise more. I have been doing that....wouldn't you think it would be melting fast...like an ice cube on hot pavement? In my case NO! That said, I know that the weight I am losing slowly will NEVER come back...I will not allow myself to go back to
my previous lifestyle! I love the changes that I am seeing in my body, my self confidence and how I feel. I can now notice the changes when I see photos of myself...
The one thing that has surprised me is, that I have a new found love for Pilates! My instructor Jaimi has just started teaching private pilates out of her home studio in Mt. View...she is awesome and worth every cent! I find myself looking forward to working out with her. Afterwards I feel like I am 20 lbs lighter and 5 inches taller!
So...I continue on my journey...taking a winding path...I find that I can make it up hills, as the path down is easier; and if when there is another hill, I will work hard to climb it...I know I can! I will continue focused down my path toward my ultimate goal of health, longevity and tanquility!
